Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms govern your use of TotalArchery, made by ROODLESOFT LLC (“RoodleSoft”, “we”), a Massachusetts limited liability company, and of the totalarchery.app website. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t install or use it.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TotalArchery on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial archery use, for as long as you have an active subscription and comply with these terms. The app is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell or redistribute it, or remove any notices from it, except where the law says you may despite this restriction.
Accounts
An account is required. Keep your sign-in credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must give us accurate information and be at least 13 years old (see our Privacy Policy).
Subscription and billing
- Price. $23.99 per year, billed annually as a single payment, plus any applicable taxes. The installer itself is free to download.
- Payment. Purchases made on Windows, Linux and the web are processed by Stripe through RevenueCat. We never receive or store your full card details.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price until you cancel. We will email you a reminder before each renewal, and give advance notice of any price change.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the subscription management link in your receipt email or in the app’s Profile tab. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Free week. A new account can use TotalArchery free for 7 days from the day it is created, with no payment details needed. When the 7 days end, the app asks you to subscribe to keep going.
- Free trial. A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial, so with the free week that is 14 days free in all. You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
Refunds
If TotalArchery isn’t right for you, email support@roodlesoft.com within 14 days of a purchase or renewal and we’ll refund it in full. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your data
You own the archery data you enter. You give us permission to store and sync it so the app can work, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to break or overload it, access other users’ data, circumvent the subscription check, or use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Safety
Archery is inherently dangerous. TotalArchery’s calculations (sight tapes, ballistics, tuning guidance, coaching feedback and so on) are aids and estimates, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for safe equipment setup, range conduct and hunting decisions, and for verifying anything the app tells you before relying on it.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, RoodleSoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or injury arising from use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Trademarks
TotalArchery™ and RoodleSoft™ are trademarks of ROODLESOFT LLC. Other names mentioned belong to their owners. These terms give you no right to use our marks.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above will change and material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the app at any time, and we may end your access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
