Every tool your bow needs.
One app.

Most archery apps do one thing -- score a round, or calculate a sight mark. TotalArchery builds sight tapes from your setup's real physics, walks you through tuning, times your arrow with just your phone's mic, and gives you coaching feedback that's tailored to you and keeps evolving as you improve -- all in one place instead of five separate apps and a notebook.

Features

One app, built around your whole setup

A sight-tape app here, a chronograph app there, tuning notes somewhere else, scores on paper -- TotalArchery started because keeping track of a bow setup shouldn't take five apps and a shoebox. Pick your bow and arrow once from the built-in catalogs, and every tool below already knows your setup.

Sight tapes

Generate a real ballistic sight tape from your bow and arrow's actual numbers, not a generic chart, and watch the tape redraw beside your settings as you change them. Calibrate it in the field, print it, and get angle cuts and wind holds alongside the base distances. Works for slider sights and for wheel / dial sights.

Acoustic chronograph

Get a real arrow-speed reading using nothing but your phone's microphone -- no separate hardware chronograph to buy, charge or carry to the range. It stops on its own once your shot is read, and flags a reading that's far off what's typical for your bow and arrow.

Tuning

A guided, step-by-step flow -- initial setup, paper tuning, bare-shaft, walk-back, yoke tuning and broadhead, plus safety checks -- that always shows what's next and picks up where you left off. Photos are read for you (the paper tear, bare shafts, walk-back, broadheads), and the advice follows your bow maker's own tuning system, from DeadLock to Hoyt's XTS.

Scoring & group analysis

Score a round -- World Archery, NFAA and IFAA target and field rounds, multi-distance rounds like Windsor, St George and the WA 1440, or a 3D course with real ASA/IBO zone scoring -- and mark exactly where each arrow lands. Group analysis turns those marks into real patterns over time -- not just a final score, but where your form is actually drifting.

Coaching

Get a coaching note or ask a question in plain language, grounded in your own scores, active bow and recent tuning. Interactive step-by-step guides -- getting started, bow and arrow anatomy, youth archery -- plus a shot-sequence walkthrough of what good form looks like at every stage. Invite a coach with a short code and they see a summary of your rounds.

Form check & draw-cycle analysis

Photo or video form checks with pose-estimated scoring catch what's easy to miss in person. Film the whole draw from the side and it splits the clip into phases -- stance, draw, anchor, release -- scoring each one separately instead of one number for the whole shot -- and export the clip with the pose skeleton drawn right on the video.

Shot tracker

On your phone or a connected smartwatch, mount it on the bow or your body and record the draw. The gyroscope charts exactly how steady the hold is, with a stability score instead of just a feeling. With a Wear OS watch it also reads how your wrist twists the bow and your heart rate at the release.

Gear & profiles, in 3D

Every bow, arrow and accessory lives in one place, pre-filled with specs from the built-in catalogs -- 131 bows and 109 arrow shafts today. No match? Enter a few dimensions and TotalArchery builds a real 3D model to measure sight radius and peep height from instead.

Events & clubs

Tournaments from ASA, IBO, NFAA, USA Archery, World Archery and more, sorted by distance -- star one for a reminder and a spot on your calendar. Find real clubs and pro shops nearby too, and save your favorites.

Voice-guided practice

Fourteen guided routines -- warm-ups, back tension, bow-arm hold, target panic, shot rhythm, cool-down and more -- read aloud by a calm narrator, with an animated figure that shows each movement. Prop the phone up, press play, and use your voice to pause or continue.

Match play & handicap

Head-to-head matches with World Archery sets for recurve or a running total for compound, shoot-offs included. Turn any score on any round into an Archery GB handicap, and print targets and blank scorecards.

Arrow builder

Put an arrow together from its parts and see what it weighs, where it balances (FOC) and what a different point weight does, then keep it with the arrow in your gear. A bow odometer tracks the arrows you shoot and reminds you when it is time to service the bow.

More tools

Broadhead check compares field-point and broadhead groups in inches and tells you what to adjust. Arrow consistency finds the numbered arrows that keep flying away from the rest. Delay replay shows you your own shot a few seconds late, so you can see your form without a camera operator.

Roomy on a big screen

On Windows and Linux the app makes use of the extra space. Your lists sit on the left, and whatever you open -- a round, a bow, a tuning guide -- appears right beside them.

Everywhere

One app, all platforms

Your account keeps everything backed up and synced across your devices. The app still works offline day to day -- it only needs a connection to sync, and to set up the account the first time. One subscription covers every platform -- sign in with the same account on any device and you're all set.

FAQ

Where can I get it?

TotalArchery is on Google Play for Android, on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and the Windows and Linux versions are available from the download page. macOS is coming soon. Subscribe for updates in the footer below and we'll let you know when they land.

How much does it cost?

$11.99/year, billed annually. The app is a free download and your first 7 days are completely free, with no card needed. When the week is up you subscribe, and that starts with another 7 free days, so you get 14 days free in all. Subscribe from the app (the Profile tab, or the prompt that appears when your free week ends).

Do I need an account?

Yes, an account is required -- it keeps your bows, arrows, scores and gear backed up and synced if you use more than one device. The app still works offline day to day once you're set up.

What platforms will it run on?

iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and Linux today, with macOS coming soon, plus a Wear OS watch companion for shot tracking.

What does the watch app do?

The smartwatch companion tracks how steady your bow hand holds through the draw cycle, right from your wrist, and syncs it back to the shot tracker in the main app. It's available for Wear OS today, with support for more smartwatches on the way.

Is it for target, 3D or hunting?

All of the above -- the tools (sight tapes, tuning, acoustic chronograph, scoring) aren't tied to one discipline.
